What I liked

We used the Royal Free A&E recently for the first time in ages. Spotless and gleaming. Kind, nice admin staff. Wonderful triage nurse and entire service just amazing. An Oscar for whoever is in charge these days and well done to everyone, from the cleaners up to the managers - thank you for helping my son.

What could be improved

The drinks machine should not sell only carbonated drinks - some of us would like fruit juice and water.

It's always nice to get comments like this. They have been passed on to the departments concerned.

As far as the drinks machine is concerned, we are committed to offering healthy eating options at the Royal Free and we will work towards resolving this issue.
