My mum was in ward 31 for two weeks, the staff were lovely, very caring and looked after her very well. She was readmitted 4 days later with a water infection. The ambulance crew were really nice. She was admitted to ward 33 this time. The nurses and the Health Care workers were so very caring and kind even though they were extremely busy. If my Mum had paid private she could not have got better care, nothing was too much trouble. They had got time for everybody. The only one thing I have got to complain about is the discharge arrangements. My mum is a bed patient because of a bed sore, she was kept waiting 5 hours, then at 9o,clock they decided not to move her as it was too late. The nurses and doctors do a wonderful job working very long hours under great pressure. Thankyou. Kind regards J. Green
