"emergency visit exceeded expectations!"

Early Sunday evening and my daughter had a fall hurting her foot. I tried to see if I could get away without any medical help as who fancies A&E St this time of the day! I soon realised I was going to have to make the dreaded visit! I must say from the moment I walked in and asked the security guard if I could use the wheelchair to the moment I left when she was a little wobbly on her feet and the porter brought her a chair the service by every member of staff was A*! Even though it was the end of a long shift for the staff they all made me and my daughter relaxed and kept us up to date... From leaving home to getting back home was less than 1hr and 15 mins... This included triage, an xray, reviewing xray, put plaster cast on, making appt for fracture clinic ;) and no it wasn't quiet there were plenty of people waiting in the waiting room and cubicles. Thank you for tge exceptional care... I hope fracture clinic is just as good when we visit later on the week!
