What I liked

Every member of staff I came across was polite, friendly and did their job well. This applied to everyone from the lady who bought the tea/coffee/water right up to the consultant and everyone in between. I was treated with kindness and respect by staff who were quite overworked at times.

What could be improved

The food was a little bland at times.

Anything else?

Overall, I was very impressed with the care I recieved at Kingston Hospital.

In fact if the Dr in A & E minors had not correctly diagnosed the swelling in my leg as a DVT I probably would not be around anymore to type this!
