"I really appreciate everything they do"

(as the patient),

I called the 111 service as my own GP was not available as it was Sunday. The person who answered asked me the usual questions about how I was feeling and what I was experiencing and then said they would send someone round to see me and to expect them between 10: 00 am and 4: 00 pm.

They arrived very promptly and, after checking me, said I had pleurisy for which they gave me appropriate antibiotics straight away.

I really appreciate everything they do
