What I liked Nothing What could be improved? There is a new way of doing appointments, you have to arrange a triage slot for the doctor to ring you before you can even get an appointment. On Monday I was given a triage appointment and a time slot of Tuesday 10:00 a.m, as near as possible. I didn't know that 'as near as possible' actually meant any time that day, as I was at work and, being unwilling to discuss my health in an open office, arranged a private room between 9:45 and 10:45. No phone call was received at that time, causing me stress and anxiety while waiting for the phone to ring. doctors need to heed their patients' needs more.
