"terrible patient care"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

3 men 1 woman in a hot sweltering room with one small fan. My continual request for pain relief were ignored. Interviewed 3 times by 3 different people and asked the same questions. Shameful treatment. I want to get this needle removed from my hand and walk out now.
