"The crew are such nice cheerful people"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a relative),

I had to call the ambulance out when my husband had a fall. He has Parkinson’s disease and sometimes falls – I find it difficult to get him back up. Every time I have to call the ambulance they are go kind, I feel as though I’m not on my own, they are always there to help whenever I need them.

Without this I would be lost.

The crew are such nice cheerful people – they really cheer me up as well.

Dear Harbour206

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I hope you and your husband well.

It is always rewarding to hear that our staff are continuing to provide excellent care to our

patients, and their families, when they need us most. It is good to hear that the staff are able to raise your spirits.

Thank you again for providing feedback on our service.

Kind regards

Laura
