"Paramedics were both so kind and so happy to help"

About: Harmoni / NHS 111 South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a relative),

I’ve had to call the 111 service twice recently, on both occasions I need to have an ambulance sent round to see to my husband. In both times it was the same ambulance crew who attended!

My husband was very poorly and in a right mess. Mark and Helen, the ambulance people, got him sorted out and ready to take him to hospital – they were both so kind and so happy to help and make my husband comfortable.
