"Physiotherapy Department"

After several examinations at Westmorland Hospital I was given an appointment in the Physiotherapy Department. My appointment was with a nurse, I went into my appointment on time and was greeted with a warm and confident nurse who straight away made me feel I was in good hands. The nature of my treatment involved very personal questions and examinations. I was very nervous and to start with a little embarrassed but the wonderful nurse soon but me at my ease. They explained everything to me, step by step, and I soon lost the feeling of embarrassment. I learned more about my condition from them than anywhere else and their follow up letter to my GP resulted in the treatment they recommended and I am so grateful for the patience and care that I received. The whole department was welcoming, clean and punctual. Many thanks
