"Went above and beyond"

About: Sunderland Royal Hospital

After receiving a poor service from a different hospital I took my 4 month old son straight to sunderland. They were brilliant. The nurse and doctor were excellent with him and explained everything to me, they did two checks to make sure they didn't miss anything. I was worried I would feel like I was wasting their time after alredy been to a different hospital and this was not the case, the couldn't of done anymore to put my mind at rest. Thank you.
