What I liked

The Doctors and Nurser were very kind and caring, when they were focusing on my wife.

What could be improved

We arrived at 11pm and as there was a shift change at midnight, the shift that was on duty seemed hesitant in treating my Wife, which has led her problem deteriorate and caused her an incredible amount of (unnecessary) pain.

Anything else?

Although I understand the need to pay for parking at peak times, in order to encourage the use of public transport, I do not believe that there is any need to charge £1 per hour at midnight, as there were no alternative ways of getting there.
