What I liked
The nurse who greeted me and checked my details was polite and kind.
What could be improved
My experience. I felt vulnerable and disempowered. I also feel I was a little invisible, during the procedure there was no discussion with me just comments across me. I now have to go for further treatment, as it could not be completed at the time and will not be returning to this hospital for it.
