I arrived at the minor injuries unit feeling a little frightened and somewhat apprehensive, my fears were dispelled straight away by the lovely receptionist who was very patient with me as she asked me several questions, I was having trouble talking because of my breathing problem, I was seen by a nurse practitioner who again was very patient whilst carrying out the necessary tests and then arranged for me to see a doctor whilst I was there, again the doctor was very thorough and patient with me, I left the hospital feeling that I had received the very best of care from everybody and I would like to say a very big thank you to you all. We are very lucky to have this facility staffed by amazing people available to us in Lichfield keep up the good work, David
