"Excellent care in day surgery"

I just wanted to write and thank all the staff in the day surgery unit. I had an operation there yesterday, and every single member of the staff I had contact with was kind, reassuring, professional and kept me fully informed. This made the whole experience so much better than experiences I've had in other hospitals in the past. They also made the best tea and toast I've tasted! Thank you to all of you.
