I attended Rosemary day care as a very anxious patient for a procedure as a day patient was met by a member of staff who was wonderful she reassured me and put me at ease I then spoke to my anaethetist and consultant and again it was great to be informed all the way- wheeled to theatre again lovely friendly lady and gentleman again reassuring me all the time. Had to stay overnight cared for by two members of staff, thanks ladies, and thanks to all nurses on the ward and lunch staff - my consultant was fantastic, thanks for reassuring me all the way and taking the time to explain and taking away my fear I am sincerely grateful . What a fantastic team
