About: Victoria Infirmary / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

Phoned nhs 24, for advice on new medication, they phoned back with in 15 min's, advised to go down to out of hours, it was Saturday about 4pm, was seen straight away. Saw a lovely understanding Doctors who prescribed antibiotics, as the problem I had was nothing to do with the new meds. Great services, nice experience.
