"Excellent from start to end"

Had my gallbladder out at Fulwood on the NHS staying overnight. Had a lovely, comfortable and spotless private room with its own bathroom and free tv channels-all mod cons and smart even a hair dryer, dressing table and wardrobe in room. Was able to get good rest overnight as place was so quiet-have needed eye mask and earplugs when treated in other hospitals. Staff were kind, friendly and efficient throughout and always answered my buzzer in less than a couple of minutes. I'd like to thank the staff for calming my nerves and looking after me so well. The doctor and the anaesthetist were also great, being patient and answering all my questions and checking on me multiple times during my 24 hour stay. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hospital or go back if I ever need to.
