What I liked

The staff before my grandad was transfered on to another ward, were rude and did not involve him in any of his treatment. They did not inform other family members of what was going on or give them any news on how his treatment was going.

When he got moved on to the opposite ward the staff there had a different attitude, they were polite helpful and informative.

What could be improved

Staff could be trained on their patient/nurse communication so their bedside manner could be improved.
