"Useless lazy phlebotomists!"

I have to go for blood tests every week due to medication I am on. Every week I am faced with the same rubbish. One female phlebotomist farts about for the duration of my wait never less that 30mins cleaning the white board several times and faffing about with boxes, 1 usually works out of how ever many are in there usually 4 while the rest chat. No wonder we all have to wait so long, they are useless and lazyy.
