"Bogus Calls from Endocrinology?"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

Recieved a very weird call to my mobile this evening around quater to 8.Caller claiming to be from Endocrinology asking for personal details about my father. She phoned me, to tell me, she was from Endocrinology and couldn't tell me anything! Tried to assertain what she was on about but she could did not appear to be able to articulate any purpose and hung up. Pointless, if, this was a genuine call. I get txt alerts for all my fathers appointments, so why a voice call so late? Why not just a txt to phone the dept or a letter? Is this for real?
