"Level of service at my local surgery"

(as the patient),

3 appointments booked at this surgery following a move in location.

First appointment the Dr I saw told me that the medication I take is no longer avaliable. When pressed on this as I have been taking the medication for 2 years last repeat a month ago she confirmed she would issue a prescription and I could see if they had the medication in stock. Really poor in my opinion.

3rd appointment booked in with a nurse for blood tests, needed to take time of work and fast for a 9:40 appointment. I checked in with reception but 10 minutes after arrival 3 of the patients including myself were called to reception and advised that we had been booked in error.

So far unimpressed with the surgery having been with my previous surgery for 10 years without a fault.
