Recently visited A&E on two occasions. On both occasions my wife was seen immediately, by pleasant and professional staff who kept us informed, made her comfortable, and reassured her. This mirrors my own experience in 2005! Much respect for the patience and humanity of the staff who have to deal with very difficult customers. NHS is the best. No need for a corporate reply.
