The visit to A&E with my mother who had fallen and sustained a fractured hand and other cuts and bruises was seamless and quick. She has vascular dementia but all staff included her throughout any conversation about her care, although I had to answer for her sometimes. The following day we attended out-patients fracture clinic which was running late but for apparently being a doctor short was coping very well. Thank you to everyone, A&E, Minor Injuries, Xray, Plaster Room, Out-Patients. Also your choice of Richmond Taxi Services as the freephone taxi is a wise one...we waited about 10 mins for a 'wheelchair taxi' from this company on both days.
