"I submitted my comments last week, ..."

What I liked I submitted my comments last week, and received an email advising me it had been published – and it was, briefly. However, it then very quickly vanished again, leaving you with your previously unblemished record of 2 people having reviewed the hospital, and both giving it 100% recommendation. Presumably the others who complained were censored too, leaving only those two... I emailed to ask why my comments had been withdrawn, but was told there was an anonymous and unaccountable group of “moderators” who made these decision, and that submitting further comments here was the only way to contact them. I’d be grateful for your email address please, so that I can ask why my comments were censored. Thank you.
