Thank you very much for taking the trouble to write about your experience in our Emergency Department (ED). Our ED has seen an increase in attendance figures over the recent months so it was really positive to read that from a patient's perspective the care given was of such a high standard. I will make sure the unit's matron is made aware of your story so that he can inform the staff involved.
