"Re-reviewing after being dealt with so nicely"

I reviewed the maternity service yesterday on this page because I was having problems contacting them. Meredith Deane has since been in touch with me (which I didn't expect) and has now resolved my issue am I'm happy. As I said yesterday, the staff are not a problem (in fact they are lovely) it's just the communication channels that are problematic. However now my query has been dealt with I am satisfied, its just a shame that it has to be done publicly as people are always more likely to complain than they are to give good feedback. Anyway thanks to Meredith.
