"ENT Appointment Cancelled"

I had a appointment to see a ENT consultant, and had a phone call on the day, saying she does not need to see you and cancelled it, and to see someone else in pah harlow in a months time, I have ms, deaf in one hear and use a hearing aid for the ear, I suffer with dizziness etc, and ok I understand their is no cure, and as I have been waiting for quite some weeks to see someone, I was hoping she maybe able to help, and not wait for another month, I feel let down, I also cancelled my carers as I thought I was going to be out
