"An absolute disgrace"

Cannot fault the nurses & social care for my father but as for a certain doctor & his discharge today, an absolute disgrace. I wasn't told what time he would be sent home, no medication was sent home with him, no walking frame (I actually had to go and collect one from the hospital, my father left with a neighbour) his medication was being delivered to his home but as of now (21:55) still not arrived, have been fobbed off to ring the ward he was sent to this morning but the phone just rings & rings.
