Over the course of the past 13 years, my son and I have been to the ER and the minor injuries clinic at the RVI a couple of times. The doctors have always been kind, the look of gentle concern and a light touch actually helped more than I could begin to say, and my son owes not only his health but probably his life to the RVI and the NHS. He had been having severe nosebleeds, and was booked into the Freeman where he received minor surgery the same day. Two years on and his face is rosy when it had been grey and I'm so grateful for the standard of care he received. Thank you so much.
