"Fantastic Service!"

I popped into Malvern hospital this afternoon after spraining my ankle at the weekend. I was worried that I had broken something as it had swollen up and turned a funny colour and just wanted reassurance. All the staff were SO helpful - I only waited about 2 minutes before I was seen by a very helpful male triage nurse, then rushed straight to X-ray then given my results by a really sympathetic nurse within another 5 minutes... I even got to see the X-rays! Luckily nothing was broken and I was in and out in 30mins tops - a fantastic service, thank you very much!
