"Brilliant staff, excellent doctors, car parking..."

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

Since 2010, I have been under care of cardiology at WMUH. Faultless treatment by my consultant and his team. Nursing staff brilliant. But please bring / arrange your own food, and parking cost ridiculous. Since it is a hospital, I rather have good medical treatment, and poor food, and parking cost. Even the worst restaurant would be challenged to provide worse food, anywhere in the world. Medical, nursing, and domestic teams best in the world. Basically lack of funds is a major pressure on the hospital, Staff are over worked, and many patient are abusive, and make hard for staff deliver service. I am grateful that teams are so dedicated.

Thank you for your feedback about your experiences at our hospital. We are pleased to hear that you have had such good care and treatment from our cardiology team and your comments have been passed on to the consultants and nurses their. They really appreciate your kind words. We have passed your feedback about the food and parking onto the relevant manager. Our catering team are always keen to hear from patients about the quality of food and how it can be improved. There are plans to review the patient meals in the near future, which may include a tasting workshop involving patients and the public.
