I found a breast lump last Monday and the GP referred me the same day to the VCPC clinic. The appointment letter arrived the next morning for an appointment 6 days later. I was seen on time on the day, diagnosed with a cyst and had it drained, and was out within an hour. The staff were all courteous, kind and empathic.
