From admission to discharge I was treated as a totally human person with kindness and care by everyone who came in, nursing staff, cleaning people, and doctors, (and other patients!). Pain relief was quickly available and cheerfully administered. Food was good and ample. I hope not to return, but if I do I shall not worry too much. A W Nowell (alias Bill).
