Today I had an excellent experience at Ballenden House. It was warm, the reception lady very kind and welcoming (but not yet offered a cup of tea), and I was seen exactly on time.
My consultation went smoothly and I was able to re-book another appointment.
Walking home, I called in at my local GP and they could see me immediately. I was able to give a blood sample. Must be my lucky day. Thanks to Lothian NHS.
