I attended because my foot was badly inflamed. From arrival to diagnosis and treatment I was treated with respect and kindness. The staff took a genuine interest in me and my condition. Because of the uncertainty of the diagnosis, they phoned my GP to make an appointment. They also asked me to phone them the following day to inform them of the GP's diagnosis - a totally unexpected cherry on the cake! Speaking as a former NHS Chief Executive, Ripley Community Hospital is a model for the NHS - highly professional with humanity and warmth. Keep up the good work!
