"10hour wait for second blood test!"

I went to hospital with a suspected heart attack. My doctor reacted quickly and within 10minutes he had called the hospital. However, I arrived at the hospital 60minutes later. The ambulance service on this occasion was very poor. I finally arrived at the hospital where I had to wait 10hours for a second blood test which i thought was essential so I stayed. I felt misinformed by my doctor as to what was expected of me. I then had to wait over 2hours to wait for the results. Then there was no doctor available to assess the results and I was sent home by the nurse. This was unacceptable! My discharge note was sent in an envelope without a stamp and the results of the blood tests were not passed onto the GP.
