I was admitted to a&e a couple of times in March 2014 I was having gallbladder attack s but at that time I didn't know was I was going though. The paramedics were fantastic kept me calm and then when I was in a&e the staff were absolutely fantastic especially a man who I think volunteers at the hospital, he was lovely, made me calm, made me laugh and even sang to me. He knew I had two little girls one 6 and one 4 weeks and he knew I was worried and upset at the time. He kept checking on me and even when his shift had finished he waited around until I was ok and that he knew I was going home. On 18th June 2014 I had to go to hospital to have my gallbladder removed and from the moment I walked into the hospital till the moment I walked out I was treated fantastic. The staff were nice and friendly. They would help you with anything the hospital was very clean and tidy. I'm not one for hospitals but every time I have been in the queen Elizabeth I have been treated very well the place is very clean and the staff are fantastic and do and fantastic job as well.
