"ENT Department"

I have just returned from an appointment within this department and I have to say how efficient and caring all the staff were. I arrived on time and was only kept about seven minutes before being called. I saw the consultant- had to have a hearing test - for which I waited approximately five minutes for this test. Then back to the consultant for the results. I can only say how fantastic it was. All in all it was an exceptionally fast, efficient visit.
