About: Queen Elizabeth I I Hospital (Welwyn Garden City)

I was sent down to QE2 on Sunday evening by Lister as I had badly cut my head after a fall from a ladder. The service I received was second to non by all the staff involved with me, from the receptionist/Nurse to the nurse who stitched me up. Well done to you all. N.G.Duncan

It's a great service and one that will continue to be available for the future once all remaining inpatient and emergency services transfer up to the Lister hospital in Stevenage, which is benefiting from £150 million being invested in new facilities that will be ready from October 2014. With the new £30 million QEII hospital ready to open from Spring 2015, patients like you will continue to have access to top class local services like the one you've just experienced. Thanks again for getting in touch and we'll make sure that the team at the QEII get to see your feedback - which we know they will enjoy reading.
