Food was awful. Nice environment, and motorway side of hospital very pleasant. They lost my medicines records twice in 4 days. A&E was good (at 3am). Doctors rarely communicated with nursing staff and even less with patients. If you met a doctor in the corridor, none of them would make eye contact or say hello (visitors and nursing/auxilliary staff almost always acknowledged someone they met in a corridor or lift). Doctors jumped to conclusions and talked about operating BEFORE they had examined me. Ward cleaning looked to be thorough.
