"Caring professionals all"

I have been attending the drop-in clinic at GUM regularly for a few months now. The procedure I need is painful, embarrassing and a source of constant upset. I would probably bury my head in the sand and not get treatment if it were not for the warmth, kindness and total professionalism of the nurses. In an uncompromising position they always make me feel relaxed, informed with what is happening and (incredibly) dignified! My main point however is that this is not just one nurse. I have attended several appoints and never had the same nurse twice but have received the same high level of care. The whole department evidently works so harmoniously together. I have total faith that whomever I see, I will receive brilliant care with total professionalism. I wish it were like this where I teach! Bravo Gyno and GUM clinic of Liverpool Royal.
