My grandson was brought into the emergency department on the evening of Friday 20th June with a badly cut knee. I arrived some time later with his mother after driving from Cheltenham, the treatment Louis received during his stay was exemplary. He was in some considerable pain and he was treated with compassion and given all the care possible. I would like to single out one nurse in particular for a special mention, her professionalism and consideration was exceptional. Once again may I thank all the staff in the paediatric emergency department for the care my grandson received.
