I received an appointment to attend to have a 24 hour ECG monitor fitted. I was seen promptly and made to feel at ease by all staff members but especially the person fitting my monitor. He was very professional and explained everything to me without being patronising or demeaning.

I left feeling confident and returned the next day where I saw the same member of staff who was again extremely friendly and efficient. Thank you to the staff at Clinic 4.
