"Lots of good stuff but some basic failings .."

Very recently attended A&E , then a Fracture Clinic, then admitted, then operated on...then discharged myself. Lots of positive stuff regarding the good care, but simple stuff missing leading me to discharge myself with no medication or follow up (I knew the risk in signing myself out) I will write a detailed letter to the CE. I was disappointed with how my stay ended.
