I was there b4 7 am to get 1st come 1st served but they kapt me till 12 and then some one saw me they gave me un appointment for 2 pm! after all this hrs and then quick clean the tooth he said go see ur dentist its wast of time .

I am sorry you had a long wait at today's Primary Care Clinic. This clinic offers a limited service to patients who need urgent dental treatment and who do not have an appointment. Patients collect a numbered ticket on arrival and are then subsequently registered and seen in turn throughout the day. This does result in some patients experiencing a long wait. Without your personal details it is not possible to provide you with an explanation for the decision to provide you with dental hygiene care and treatment and for you to return to your own dentist for any further care . Please contact the Customer Service Team on 0800 917 2855 at your earliest convenience to allow us to respond to this aspect of your feedback.
