"Great experience, first class from start to finish"

We recently had the birth of our first baby at Kingston and had a brilliant experience. All the midwives and doctors were very knowledgable and attentive and made us feel supported and reassured at all times. The delivery room was clean and well appointed and our dedicated midwife encouraged us and provided all knowledge and support that we could have asked for. When major decisions needed to be made, they were double and triple checked by SHO/SPR and Consultant which had us very impressed with the attention to detail. Once the baby was delivered and we were resting and recovering in the Worcester Wing, it was incredible how available and willing the midwives were to help us out. It was never too little a question or too late in the night for them to attend to our every need. They also enabled us to stay until the baby was stable and we felt confident. Overall we couldn't have asked for a better delivery experience and a better start for our little chap into the world. I would recommend this hospital to anyone and must say that the service would rival any private clinic that you may be considering. Most of our NCT class also delivered at Kingston and reported similar sentiments. Thank you again to all the team at Kingston!
