"Outpatients Appointment - Fracture Clinic."

Car parking fees are steep (paid 8.00 GBP for four hours). Informed that consultant would not be attending the clinic (no further explanation given). Other doctor/consultant (was stuck on the M25 - we all know how that feels). Appointment (10:00am ) seen some time after 11:15am and eventually left the hospital after a series of x-rays (on my daughters Right knee) at about 12:40. Doctor was very attentive to my daughters needs whilst we were being seen - looking forward to the phone call tomorrow to find out what action needs to be taken for my daughters knee (treatment/rehab) when the radiographers report (along with MRI - supplied on disc to them today) has been reviewed. Booking of follow-up appointment for four weeks - seem to cause a problem when I wanted to change time from 09:00 to 09:30 so we left it at 09:00 (that seemed easier at the time).
