"Terrible service"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

There are not enough characters available here for me to express my utter disgust at the care and service I have been receiving from WXH. Will be making an official complaint against one secretary who has not returned any of the 27 (yes - really) messages I have left for her. Surgeries cancelled, disorganised appointments, ridiculous wait in clinic (90minutes the last time) extortionate parking fees, terrible switchboard - could go on... In my utter frustration, I emailed the MD of Bart's NHS Trust. Terrible place...
