Both my wife and i have been patients at the hospital recently. Our previous experience of the NHS was at the large impersonal establishments such as Leicester Royal Infirmary. I cannot praise the Grantham set up too highly. It is like being in a family run establishment where everybody knows everybody and in my case virtually one to one service was provided even after discharge.
